All other insurance carriers: out-of-network
*Client Payment (private pay) upfront; Superbill provided (detailed invoice)
*Client assumes the responsibility to submit the Superbill to seek
out-of-network reimbursement if they choose to do so
*As every family's coverage benefits differ, it is recommended that you contact your insurance
provider to determine out-of-network reimbursement options prior to beginning services

*Pay per session weekly at session start
*Administrative/Prompt Pay Discounted Packages available
We offer pre-purchased multi session packages that reflect an administrative prompt pay discount.
Upfront payment eliminates office collection costs, billing software fees, and administrative claim overhead allowing us to offer these discounted packages
HSA/FSA cards, debit/credit cards and checks are accepted forms of payment for therapeutic services.
It is recommended that you contact your provider to determine all benefits including in and out-of-network and HSA/FSA benefits prior to beginning services.
